Welcome to Special event test race

Your participation and feedback in this event shows us that there will be support for RSS GT-M mods in future Special Events on Assetto Corsa.

Many drivers agree that RSS GT-M mods are one of the best GT3 mods. However, they are paid mods. We want to be sure if we organize a Sebring 12H with RSS GT-M phase 2 mods there will be at least one full division and hopefully many divisions.

So please, if you want WSS to organize Special Events using RSS GT-M mods, this is the time for your vote by participating in this test event!

Getting RSS mods

Some users already have the mods and for those who don't there is a 25% discount until January 26th in the RSS store. This is a great time to buy, so if you don't have the cars click the link here or under the cars in this event and make sure to buy the whole pack to get the discount. You need to have RSS GT-M cars even if you plan to drive GT4 cars.

• 1h race with a mandatory long pitstop
• Race Sim Studio GT-M Phase 2 pack cars
• Guerilla mods GT4 cars
• Fixed weather for pre-q only, real conditions for the event
• Divisions will be ordered by team's average pre-q result
• 1 or 2 drivers per team
• 3 valid laps as registration requirement
• There will be registration confirmation
• Standing start
• Free event

Differences from the special event

Because this is a test event for a special event there will be some differences:

• No broadcast or live race control
• No prizes
• Only 1h, Special Event is planned to be 12h race
• Minimal driver license - Rookie. For special event will be AM for GT4 and PRO-AM for GT-M
• Simple standing start

ENDURANCE USING ONE ACCOUNT

It’s enough to have one WSS account per team to participate in the race. IT IS NOT mandatory to have at least 2 drivers in a team!

All the teams in the race will have to make 1 Long Pitstop, which will take 3 minutes. It doesn’t matter if you do a driver swap during the Long Pitstop or not. However, you need to represent a team to participate in this event, even if you will race using one account. Find a team or create a team here.

ENDURANCE USING MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

It is also possible for a team to race from different WSS accounts. You will need to make a 1 Long Pitstop or do the driver swaps. To race with your team members you need to join or create a team. A maximum of 2 drivers in one team are allowed.

TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS RACE, YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Assetto Corsa Ultimate edition;
• Content Manager;
• Shaders patch activated (How to activate) not older than v0.2.11: 
• Have Race Sim Studios GT-M phase 2 pack (buy here)
• Enabled real Penalty APP:

The "Real penalty app" will be downloaded automatically by joining the event using WSS app.

CONTENT MANAGER USERS must download Real penalty app manually and enable it.
