Welcome to a series of practice races for the aurum 1006km e-sports

Best way to practice for the race is to get into a mindset of a race.

You will also practice long pits or drivers swaps in this race.

about the series

• Assetto Corsa multiclass races
• Races every 24h. If there will be a lot of demand, we will make it more frequent.
• About 1 hour long (53 laps).
• Rookie minimum required license.
• Teams of 1-2 drivers.
• Can race from the same rig (WSS account).
• Free practice servers are running 24/7 before the race.
• Free practice server and race is with fixed conditions.
• Standing start. This is different from the main race, where it will be a rolling start.
• All skins and track mods will be automatically downloaded and installed by the WSS app.

registration requirements

• You need a Rookie or higher drivers license to race in this event.
• You need to complete 5 valid laps in the pre-q server once and then you can race for the rest of the week. No laps required for Premium users.

freE PRACTICE / PRE-QUALIFICATION

• When registered you can join the free practice server any time before the event. It's running 24/7.
• Lap times in free practice will count as a Pre-qualification round.
• Divisions will be ordered by Pre-Q results of the teams average fastest lap.
• Custom skins are not visible inside the free practice.

• Same BOP as in the main race.

Car setups

• Fixed setup for GT4 class. You can only adjust tire pressure (optimal 26-27psi), TC, brake bias, fuel.

qualifying

• Normal 15min qualifying
• All cars can be on track at the same time. Be respectful to others.

Penalties

• After 14 incident points, Real Penalty will issue a drive through penalty.
• Remember that you can not make a pitstop while serving a drive through penalty.

ENDURANCE USING ONE ACCOUNT

It’s enough to have one WSS account per team to participate in the race. IT IS NOT mandatory to have at least 2 drivers in a team!

All the teams in the race will have to make 2 (two) Long Pitstops, which will take 3 minutes each. It doesn’t matter if you do a driver swap during the Long Pitstop or not. However, you need to represent a team to participate in this event, even if you will race using one account. Find a team or create a team here.

ENDURANCE USING MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

It is also possible for a team to race from different WSS accounts. You will need to make a minimum 2 (two) Long Pitstops or do the driver swaps. To race with your team members you need to join or create a team. A maximum of 2 drivers in one team are allowed. 

How to perform driver swap?

First time racing in WSS? Here's what to do

• Download Steam
• Download Assetto Corsa Ultimate edition
• Download Content Manager
• Download WSS app
• Create a WSS account
• Activate Custom Shaders Patch not older than v0.2.2 (How to activate) 
• Enabled real Penalty App. The "Real penalty app" will be downloaded automatically by joining the event using WSS app. CONTENT MANAGER USERS must download Real penalty app manually and enable it.
