WELCOME TO 12 HOURS OF BATHURST!

It’s time for the third and perhaps the most challenging WSS special event this year. This time we are traveling to one of the most difficult tracks in the world - Mount Panorama. A legendary Australian circuit with a famous mountain section winding between concrete walls. 

There will be two classes to choose from Porsche Cup and GT3. Porsche Cup cars are just slightly slower than GT3, so it will be a real challenge for GT3 cars to overtake Cup cars on the mountain section. It also means slower Porsche Cup cars can be used strategically by GT3 cars to slow down their competitors if the GT3 car overtakes Cup car at the right moment.

IMPORTANT!

Please note that every team member who wants to participate in this event must have:

• Assetto Corsa Competizione
• The Intercontinental GT DLC Pack 
• Minimum of 2 drivers in a team (with a different PC/Steam). It is not possible to make driver swap count if there are two people on the same simulator/steam.
• Here is a short tutorial on how to create a team.

• In-game chat is not allowed during the race. For team communication, we recommend using Discord/Skype/Hangouts or other voice chats.
• Official communication will be in Discord. Join WSS Discord channel to follow the news about this and other ACC events.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• The minimum driver count in one team is set to 2
• The maximum driver count in one team is set to 4
• Pit lane speed. Don’t forget to reduce speed before entering the pit lane! ACC will give a penalty for speeding in pits. Also same when exiting pit lane - if you are using an automatic pit limiter it might cut a bit too early and you will get a penalty. We recommend accelerating only after driving over the exit line even with an automatic pit limiter.
• Racing incidents should be reported using the ‘Report Driver’ system inside the event results page. All reports will be reviewed by race control after the race and time penalties will be added to the total time for the team that will break the rules.
• Steam Account. Make sure to use the same Steam account for registering and driving during the event - your steam ID is captured when you register and a server slot will be reserved for that specific Steam account.
• The Primary Driver must connect to the server first. Otherwise, you may be stuck in spectator mode.
• Custom car liveries can be uploaded by premium users, see documentation here.
• By default, custom liveries are not installed for participants to prevent game freezes and performance issues. However, if you have no problem with that and would still like to see all custom liveries, you need to enable this in your WSS settings (User menu > Settings > Game Content > Install ACC Liveries)
